At least five years of demonstrated experience in designing UX/UI
Excellent design portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills
Proficient with Figma & Miro(knowledge of Adobe products is plus)
Understand business goals and objectives
Possess excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Experienced in adapting to and working within the boundaries of a pre-defined visual identity and branding
Design thinking: empathizing with users, defining user needs, brainstorming solutions, prototyping, and testing
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows
Understanding visual hierarchy, typography, grid, alignment, contrast, and other fundamentals
Demonstrated proficiency in implementing responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experience across various devices
Leverages user experience insights to design intuitive and efficient user interfaces
Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Create surveys for research through various social media platforms to gather feedback (Google form, SurveyMonkey)
Experience in working within agile and Jira software
Have a high understanding of our clients' business, especially in the area of eCommerce

Also, to excell in this role, it would be nice to have, but it is not required:

Familiarity with coding and ability to understand HTML, CSS
Graduate degree in Graphic Design, Apply arts, Architecture, or similar
