Bee IT is a software company that develops integrated e-commerce solutions and customized web and mobile applications. Besides that, our product Feedback Hero is an HR app solution that helps companies understand their employees better and increase their performance through a 360-degree feedback process.

 

As a People Development Specialist, you will work closely with our leadership and employees to design and implement programs that support both personal and professional development. This is a perfect role for someone who has experience in HR or Learning & Development, with a background in psychology and a knack for working with highly skilled tech teams.

Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or organizational coaching.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with technical professionals.
  • Strong experience in fostering a feedback-driven culture, with a deep understanding of 360-degree feedback processes, continuous feedback loops, and employee growth based on structured feedback mechanisms.
  • An understanding of the unique challenges of a software development environment.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for people-centric solutions.
  • A degree in Psychology or related fields.

Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with managers to identify growth opportunities and create personalized learning paths.
  • Monitor the progress of employees and provide ongoing feedback to support their development and success.
  • Develop and implement programs that focus on building competencies that align with both individual career paths and organizational needs.
  • Cooperate closely with the Product Owner, providing insights and recommendations for new features and improvements to our Feedback Hero app.
  • Manage and facilitate 360-degree feedback cycles through the Feedback Hero app, ensuring a smooth process and meaningful outcomes.
  • Analyze 360-degree feedback results and use insights to plan and implement future employee development initiatives.
  • If needed, conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless talent acquisition process.
