Our team focused on designing and developing Salesforce Commerce Cloud solution that uses custom products model, which allows customers to customize strollers for their kids. To provide superior experience, we integrated Adyen as a payment processor, BazaarVoice for product rating and reviews and Signifyd for fraud detection.

The client was looking for a reliable partner that would help them create standardized and smooth shopping experience through physical and online stores.

 

From an idea to innovation

 

The team integrated Salesforce Commerce Cloud with the Order Management System, Omnichannel Inventory, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. We developed an app to provide a more convenient shopping experience. On top of this, we chose Adyen for payment processing to provide the client with more customization options on the payment page and to enable them to collect more data on customer behavior.

The client was looking for someone to help them bring their vision to life. We partnered with them to help them integrate payment services for a more streamlined user experience.

 

From an idea to innovation

 

We successfully integrated Ayden payment providers, Paazl/Eva parcel services, UX services like Janrain (now Akamai), loyalty program Eurobonus, and the e-gift card platform Interslove. We also managed to set up an implementation of the Avatax tax service for the US market. On top of this, we established a connection with Selligent Marketing Cloud for timely notification and communication with site users.

We partnered with the client to help them develop a bespoke Salesforce Commerce Cloud solution that is scalable, maintainable, and allows each brand to showcase its uniqueness, all while sharing the same codebase and integrations.

The client approached us to help them create a streamlined management of content on the existing eCommerce site and address specific customer requests at the point-of-sale.

 

From idea to innovation 

 

By joining strengths with the client, we developed an eCommerce platform and conducted an integration between Drupal and Magento, working with reverse proxy to give a feeling of the same website on the same URL. We also developed point-of-sale as a Magento extension package built in React. On top of this, we did some code improvements - we used Typescript instead of Javascript, wrote unit tests in Jest, and leveraged Cypress for integration tests. We created UIkit library using Chakra UI to enhance styling and reusing components and used Redux library for state management. The application has middleware which was in Typescript and Node js. used to send requests to other VanMoof systems, handle their responses, and store needed data using Prisma ORM for MySQL.
